Tallulah Gorge is one of GA's natural wonders and I highly recommend you visit it if you haven't. The views are just phenomenal. When you first get there, you will go through the Visitor Center and it is really big, with a really nice gift shop with all kinds of GA state park souvenirs. There is an interpretive area with all kinds of animal exhibits and information about the gorge. Now the gorge is a bit of hike because you will have to take stairs...upon stairs...and then more stairs. And when you're done with those stairs, there's some more stairs. And what you walk down, you must also walk up. I went to the bottom many years ago, but having knee issues plus two kids, we did not make it all the way to the bottom. We still were able to see so much. You can get a permit to actually go down into the bottom of the gorge. You have to be really careful though cause just recently, someone went off trail and slipped and fell to his death.
There is a campground at Tallulah Gorge but there are no cabins or yurts. There is a swimming area, but it was under construction when we were there. We went on a Sunday and it was super busy. Trying to climb up and down stairs with a ton of people in front and behind you and coming the other way was not really fun. If you needed to sit down on one of the benches, you constantly had people right up on you walking past. It is a beautiful park, but definitely go on a week day.
